Positioning

Not a course library. An ecosystem.

Companies do not buy courses, they buy control: who has been trained, whose certificate has expired, who is authorised to work and where the weak areas are.

Card 1

What the market sells

One-off courses, spreadsheet reports, paper certificates, manual chasing and a weak link between training and the work actually being done.

Card 2

What IOSS offers

One digital ecosystem: courses, industry tracks, digital briefings, certificates, competence, contractors and audit evidence.

Card 3

Why companies buy it

You get control: who has been trained, whose certificate has expired, who is authorised to work, where the weak areas are and what needs reinforcing.

From training to competence to safe access to work.

3D simulators

Equipment you can turn over in your hands

Inside the courses, instead of a diagram on a slide there is a three-dimensional model: you rotate it, inspect the components and work through the correct sequence. These are the same simulators that run in the platform.

Fire extinguisher
Construction, pressure gauge and how to use it
Drag to rotate the model
Lever and safety pin

The pin locks the lever against accidental discharge. It is pulled by the ring immediately before use.

Pressure gauge

The green sector means the pressure is correct. The red sectors on either side mean the extinguisher must not be used.

Pressurised body

A steel cylinder holding the extinguishing powder under propellant gas pressure.

Hose and nozzle

The flexible hose and nozzle direct the powder jet at the base of the flame.

The market versus an ecosystem

The difference a company actually sees

One-off courses solve the training problem. An ecosystem solves the control problem — who is trained, authorised and ready to work.

How it works

From needs assessment to authorisation control

Four steps: we build the programme around your industry and take it through to a measurable result — people who are trained and authorised to work.

01

Needs and risk assessment

We establish your industry, risk profile, job roles and the competence requirements that follow from them.

02

Building the industry track

We assemble the annual programme: statutory core, soft skills, industry courses and the training matrix.

03

Training and digital briefings

Employees and contractors take courses and briefings and confirm they have read and understood — all inside the platform.

04

Authorisation control and audit

You can see who is trained and authorised, whose certificates have lapsed, and your audit evidence is ready for inspection.

Economics and value

The economics a client can see

Smart Learning Hub brings training, the platform, reporting, certificates, industry tracks, ESG, international programmes and digital services into one annual model.

Up to 30–40% saved

Potential saving compared with buying courses, platform access, reporting, consultancy and international programmes separately.

Mandatory courses included

The statutory core courses are part of the package, at no separate charge.

One supplier instead of several

Mandatory training, HSE, ESG, soft skills, international programmes, reporting and digital control — through a single partner.

Less manual chasing

One platform replaces spreadsheets, messenger threads, paper certificates and reports scattered across departments.

Calculate your own costs

We do not publish a fixed price: every programme is built around your industry, risk profile, job roles, headcount and the digital services you need. After a short consultation we prepare a costing for the package and show the likely saving compared with buying each part separately.

Calculator

What it costs to manage work authorisations by hand

Move the sliders to match your company. Only what you enter is counted: how many person-hours a year go into spreadsheets, reminders and collecting documents as authorisations fall due.

Move the sliders to your own figures — the result on the right updates instantly
How we calculate it

Renewals a year = people × authorisations × (12 ÷ validity in months).

Checks a year = checks before a permit each month × 12.

Hours = (renewals + checks) × minutes per record ÷ 60. Cost = hours × hourly rate.

A check before a permit is counted at the same time standard as a renewal record. If yours is quicker or slower, move the minutes slider.

A full-time equivalent is 2,112 working hours a year: 8 hours × 22 days × 12 months.

The calculation uses only the values you entered. There are no industry benchmarks and no estimate of incident losses in the formula.

Managing this by hand costs

Person-hours a year1,067
That is full-time equivalents0.5
Records a year3,200

25 people with a lapsed authorisation

At the lapse rate you entered, this is how many people could be working without a valid authorisation. We do not put a price on that event — it depends on the site and the consequences.

Show me how the platform handles this

We will match a package and an industry track to your company

One short consultation and you get a costing for your industry, risk profile and headcount, along with the likely saving.

Industry tracks

Not a generic set, but a programme for your industry

Қазақстанда жасалған
A Kazakhstani product

Қазақстанда жасалған. Built in Kazakhstan, for Kazakhstani industry

The platform, the courses and the support are built by a Kazakhstani company — here, not abroad. Below is what that changes in practice, not in a slide deck.

Hosted inside Kazakhstan

The website and the demo platform run on servers in Kazakhstan. For a corporate rollout the hosting arrangement is agreed with your information security team: a Kazakhstani data centre or your own infrastructure.

Courses written to Kazakhstani law

The Labour Code, the industrial, fire and electrical safety rules and the requirements of the authorised bodies. Not a translation of a foreign course written to somebody else's rules — while the inspector asks about ours.

Kazakh is a working language, not a shop window

Courses and briefings are produced in Kazakh and Russian. For workers on site, for internal audit and for state inspections that matters.

A counterparty you can contract with

A Kazakhstani LLP with a BIN, payment in tenge and closing documents to local rules. The training centre is in Atyrau; training and support run in your time zone.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, send us a request and a coordinator will prepare a proposal for your company.

Every programme is built around your industry, risk profile, job roles, headcount and the digital services you need, so pricing is calculated individually. After a short consultation we prepare a costing for the package and show the likely saving compared with buying each part separately.

Yes. The statutory core — occupational safety, fire, industrial and electrical safety, first aid, environmental awareness and others — is part of the package at no separate charge.

Yes. Contractors take induction courses and briefings, receive a digital competency passport and carry a readiness status of their own, kept separate from your employees.

Once the needs assessment is done we configure the industry track and the coordinator's workspace. The statutory core and the basic briefings are available immediately; the industry track follows the agreed training matrix.

Yes. We can integrate with your HR system, single sign-on (SSO / Active Directory), access control, electronic work permits, contractor management systems and Power BI, and produce a complete evidence pack for audits.

Yes. Depending on your industry, IOSH, NEBOSH, OSHA, RoSPA, ISEP and other programmes are available, within the allowance built into your package.
